We provide a steady flow of intake-complete clients, back-office support, and access to a nationwide peer network for collaboration and referrals. Licensure across multiple states is highly preferred and time management is flexible.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and an active bar license in good standing.
• 3+ years of experience in estate planning or a closely related practice area.
• Demonstrated experience in Medicaid asset protection and special needs planning.
• Ability to independently onboard, advise, and manage clients.
• Multi-state licensure or reciprocity strongly preferred.
