Applicants should have a J.D. from an accredited law school and an active bar license, with 3+ years in estate planning and Medicaid asset protection. Multi-state licensure preferred; flexible, design-your-own schedule with back-office support.

Qualifications

• J.D. and active bar license in good standing required.
• 3+ years of estate planning or related practice area.
• Experience in Medicaid asset protection and special needs planning.
• Ability to onboard, advise, and manage clients independently.
• Multi-state licensure or reciprocity strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Close matters for clients and provide expert estate planning advice.
• Oversee onboarding and client communications with support from back-office staff.
• Collaborate with the mutual network for referrals and client coordination.
