Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in estate planning or a closely related practice area
• Demonstrated experience in Medicaid asset protection and special needs planning
• The ability to independently onboard, advise, and manage clients
• Multi-state licensure or reciprocity (strongly preferred)

Education

J.D. from an accredited law school

Active bar license in good standing
