Global Roles is seeking an ESOL Instructor to provide integrated English language instruction for adult learners in a part-time capacity. You will tailor curricula, plan lessons, support recruitment and enrollment, track attendance and progress, assess outcomes, and maintain records in a culturally diverse setting.

You'll collaborate with team members, oversee volunteers, use online databases, and create welcoming learning environments that empower immigrants and refugees to improve language

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Certificate program in Adult Education, TEFL, TESL, and/or TESOL preferred.
• Relevant teaching experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with immigrants or refugees preferred.
• Strong desire to support vulnerable individuals in a multi-cultural setting.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.

Responsabilités

• Deliver integrated ESOL instruction.
• Plan and prepare curricula and lesson plans for mixed-level classes.
• Adapt activities for learners from basic to advanced levels.
• Oversee volunteers and manage group activities.
• Document progress with goal setting and conference notes; assist recruitment and retention.
• Assist with intake and enrollment forms virtually and in-person.
• Administer English language assessments to measure progress.
• Maintain records and data entry to support program administration and compliance.
• Maintain a positive learning environment and encourage collaboration.
• Communicate with adult education team; report on program goals and concerns.
