Job summary

Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic’s Nazareth Hospital in Philadelphia is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department. The RN will assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care, working nights on a 24-hour weekly schedule.

You will collaborate with the health care team, document care, participate in discharge planning, and uphold hospital policies. Qualifications include a Bachelor's in Nursing, PA RN license, BLS, ACLS as applicable, and ER experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing is required.
• Current RN Pennsylvania state license required.
• Current BLS required or obtained by orientation.
• ACLS required or obtained by orientation if Applicable to Area of Practice.
• Previous acute care and/or ER experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides total, comprehensive care to patients by applying the nursing process in an organized and systemic manner according to hospital policy.
• Communicates proactively to the health care team, plan of care, changes in patient condition, the patient progress, the discharge plan and other relevant information.
• Documents assessment/reassessment, plan, interventions and outcomes according to policy and interprets and utilizes clinical data in the plan of care.
