Job summary

Gundersen Health System in Wisconsin is hiring part-time Environmental Assistants to clean and disinfect patient areas and facilities, ensuring a neat, safe, and sanitary environment.

You will work 4-hour shifts, with 10 shifts per two weeks, including weekends; shifts can be scheduled 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM, offering very flexible hours.

The role offers a strong work-life balance, access to training, Career Development Center, and shift differentials with starting wage up to $18.15 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning/sanitation is preferred.
• Attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to work evenings/nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

Job Description: The Environmental Assistant is responsible for providing all cleaning services and indirect patient care. The Environmental Assistants are responsible to maintain all facilities in a neat, clean, safe, and sanitary environment by disinfecting. mopping, vacuuming, dusting and wiping surfaces, fixtures, and furnishings.

What you will do:

• This position will be working 4 hour shifts. Required to complete 10, four hour shifts in a 2 week pay period. 2 of those shifts must be on a Saturday/Sunday.
• Shift Hours - VERY FLEXIBLE - 4 hour shifts can be scheduled any time between 6:00PM to 3:00AM.
• Flexible and looking for weekday and weekend coverage
• Maintain clean environment by disinfecting, mopping, vacuuming, dusting and wiping surfaces, fixtures, and furnishings.
