Job summary

Gundersen is hiring full-time Environmental Assistants to maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment by disinfecting, mopping, vacuuming, dusting and wiping surfaces across facilities. You will support indirect patient care and uphold high cleanliness standards.

Schedule is Monday–Friday with every other weekend, 4:00 AM–12:30 PM, with shift differentials and a starting base wage up to $18.15/hour. Excellent benefits include career development, tuition programs, and a generous 401K match.

Job Description: The Environmental Assistant is responsible for providing all cleaning services and indirect patient care. The Environmental Assistants are responsible to maintain all facilities in a neat, clean, safe, and sanitary environment by disinfecting, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and wiping surfaces, fixtures, and furnishings.
