Responsibilities

• Review completed survey forms for accuracy and completeness.
• Coach and train Enumerators throughout data collection.
• Answer technical and procedural questions from Enumerators.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and resolve issues.
• Communicate regularly with the Enumerator Manager and Enumerators.
• Complete surveys as needed while managing workload.
• Monitor data-collection progress and support quality-control efforts.
• Prepare and present training sessions for groups of 40+ Enumerators quarterly.
• Foster a positive, professional experience for Enumerators.
