Job summary

NASDA is seeking a part-time Enumerator Coach to lead and support a team of field Enumerators collecting agricultural data. You will coach, troubleshoot, and ensure data quality while working independently with occasional travel.

The position offers flexibility and the chance to contribute to American agriculture by guiding a team and delivering quarterly trainings to large groups.

Qualifications

• High school diploma plus one year of college or relevant work experience.
• Experience with data collection.
• Availability for approximately 20–30 hours per week, including occasional weekends.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel intermittently.
• Ability to walk unassisted up to 100 yards and lift/carry up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to attend quarterly in-person training, with occasional travel of up to 350 miles.
• Private home-office space.
• Agricultural knowledge, sales/customer-service experience, and previous coaching or training experience are a plus!

• Coaching and supporting Enumerators throughout data collection.

• Communicating with the NASDA Manager and assigned Enumerators.

• Monitoring progress and helping the team meet deadlines.
