The National Association of State Departments of Agriculture (NASDA) is seeking an Enumerator Coach for part-time work in Minnesota. You will lead a team of up to 20 Enumerators, review surveys for accuracy, and provide guidance throughout data collection in agricultural programs.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma with some college or relevant experience, strong communication and coaching skills, and the ability to travel for occasional training.

Responsibilities

• Review surveys for accuracy and completeness.

• Complete surveys when needed.
• Monitor progress and help team meet deadlines.
• Prepare and present quarterly training to groups of 40+ Enumerators.

What You'll Do

As an Enumerator Coach, you'll be the go-to resource for your team. You'll help Enumerators succeed by:

• Reviewing completed surveys for accuracy and completeness.
• Coaching and supporting Enumerators throughout data collection.

Required:

• High school diploma plus one year of college or relevant work experience.
• Experience with data collection.
• Availability for approximately 20–30 hours per week, including occasional weekends.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel intermittently.
• Ability to walk unassisted up to 100 yards and lift/carry up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to attend quarterly in‑person training, with occasional travel of up to 350 miles.
• Private home‑office space.

Agricultural knowledge, sales/customer-service experience, and previous coaching or training experience are a plus!
