Qualifications

• High school diploma, equivalent, or prior work experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• The ability to work well as part of a team.
• The ability and willingness to work outside.
• Basic mechanical ability and tool usage (preferred).
• Basic computer skills.
• Must understand and comply with Penske safety and maintenance policies including DOT/OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and ensuring a great experience while fueling and washing vehicles.
• Performing vehicle readiness inspections (tires, fluids, etc.).
• Helping maintain clean, safe facilities for customers and associates.
• Building skills through training to perform minor repairs (tires, preventive maintenance).
• Completing other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor.
