Job summary

Family Dollar LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions, and keep the store stocked and welcoming. The role includes unloading trucks, replenishing shelves, and maintaining clean, safe store areas.

Part-time position with opportunities to grow within the company. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and prior retail or service experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and perform frequent walking, standing, and lifting tasks.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills expected.
