Qualifications

• State, county, or city security license preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Criminal histories considered per applicable laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and delivery personnel at a logistics and distribution location by following site-specific access-control procedures and policies.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and authorized entry, issue visitor passes as applicable, and maintain logs.
• Screen inbound and outbound traffic, directing individuals to check-in locations per procedures.
• Respond to access-control incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and escalate per site procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of entry points, parking areas, loading zones, and facility perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
