Fort Worth STEAM Academy is seeking a part-time Student Recruitment & Outreach Specialist to connect with Fort Worth families, conduct community-based recruitment, and guide prospective families through the enrollment process. The role requires evenings and weekends, on-site activities in Fort Worth, TX, and a strong focus on relationship-building and consistent follow-up with interested families.

Reporting to the Dean of Operations, you will support outreach events, tours, information sessions,

Qualifications

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, confident, and comfortable initiating conversations with prospective families and community members.
Ability to work independently, prioritize outreach activities, and consistently follow up with prospective families.

Responsabilités

Represent FWSA at community events, festivals, and recruitment opportunities throughout Fort Worth.
Build relationships with prospective families and clearly communicate the academic program and enrollment process.
Set up recruitment tables and staff events, including distributing recruitment materials.
Conduct grassroots outreach to businesses, apartment communities, and community organizations.
Identify new events, partnerships, and outreach opportunities to expand FWSA's reach.
