Job summary

DREAM is seeking a part-time K-8 After School Enrichment Specialist to lead diverse activities at Mott Haven site in the Bronx. You will design and deliver 45-minute sessions for 18-20 students, supported by a Youth Worker, focusing on arts, STEM, or culture per DREAM model.

Responsibilities include literacy integration, collaboration with staff, health and safety compliance, and preparing materials within a conservative budget. Immediate start through 6/4/2027 with afternoon hours.

Qualifications

• Experience facilitating youth programs and enrichment activities.
• Ability to plan and deliver engaging lesson activities for PreK-8.
• Strong communication with students, families, and staff.
• Understanding of youth development and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver enrichment lesson plans aligned to DREAM program model for Pre-K to 3.
• Collaborate with Youth Workers and school leaders to ensure cohesive student experiences.
• Embed literacy across instruction and prepare all materials in advance; supervise cleanup.
