Concorde Education is seeking qualified instructors to join our network as independent contractors for current and future school-based programs. Opportunities are in-person at partner schools and community locations, with flexible scheduling.

Assignments typically run 8–10 weeks, involve 1–4 instructional hours per week, and offer pay of $50–$65 per hour. Start dates are available throughout the academic year, and you do not need to be a certified teacher; relevant experience may qualify.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching, mentoring, coaching, tutoring, or working with children and teenagers.
• Strong knowledge or practical experience in at least one relevant subject area.
• Professional communication, dependability, and organizational skills.
• Comfort working within established school procedures and instructional expectations.

Responsibilities

• Leading interactive instructional sessions for students
• Introducing concepts through demonstrations, discussions, projects, and practical activities
• Preparing lessons aligned with assigned program objectives
• Encouraging curiosity, participation, collaboration, and skill development
• Providing supervision and maintaining a respectful learning environment
• Adjusting instructional approaches to accommodate different learning levels and abilities
• Coordinating with school contacts and Concorde Education regarding program logistics
• Following site policies, student safety procedures, and assignment expectations
