Job summary

Concorde Education, LLC is seeking individuals to join its network of independent contractor instructors for current and future school-based programs. Most assignments involve 1–4 instructional hours weekly over 8–10 weeks, in-person at K–12 schools and community partner locations.

Start dates are throughout the academic year. You do not need a teaching credential; relevant experience in coaching, tutoring, mentoring, or specialized instruction may qualify.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge or practical experience in at least one relevant subject area.
• Experience teaching, mentoring, coaching, tutoring, or working with children and teenagers.
• Ability to explain concepts clearly and engage groups of students.
• Professional communication, dependability, and organizational skills.
• Comfort working within established school procedures and instructional expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead interactive instructional sessions for students.
• Introduce concepts through demonstrations, discussions, projects, and practical activities.
• Prepare lessons aligned to program objectives.
• Encourage curiosity, participation, and skill development.
• Provide supervision and maintain a respectful learning environment.
• Adjust instructional approaches to accommodate different learning levels and abilities.
• Coordinate with school contacts and Concorde Education on logistics.
• Follow site policies and safety procedures.
