Job summary

Qualifications

• Educational background with at least 60 college credits preferred.
• Prior classroom employment not universally required; camps, programs or youth work also count.

Responsibilities

• Lead interactive instructional sessions for elementary to high school students.
• Introduce concepts through demonstrations, discussions, projects, and activities.
• Prepare lessons aligned with program objectives.
• Encourage curiosity, participation, collaboration, and skill development.
• Provide supervision and maintain a respectful learning environment.
• Adjust approaches for different learning levels and abilities.
• Coordinate with school contacts and Concorde Education on logistics.
• Follow site policies and assignment expectations.
