Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors while following security procedures.
• Respond to incidents and maintain calm, professional conduct per site protocols.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of buildings, parking, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe activity per site access-control procedures.
• Document patrols and incidents accurately and communicate findings to site contacts.
