Qualifications

• Armed Guard Card or License required for armed roles.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and concerns in a calm, professional manner and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of buildings, parking areas, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor and contractor activity per site procedures.
• Document patrols and incidents, and communicate information to leadership.
