Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking a part-time Enhanced Security Officer in Clyde, OH. This role offers flexible hours and a chance to gain hands-on experience with an industry leader in a dynamic, welcoming workplace.

The position features a fixed anchor shift (Fri 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM) with the option to pick up additional shifts through our scheduling platform to increase earnings and broaden site experience, supporting a path toward

Qualifications

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors at a manufacturing and industrial location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency services as directed.
Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help identify unusual conditions and help to deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor authorization in accordance with site procedures, and document entries, exits, and relevant observations.
Complete accurate activity reports, incident reports, and shift documentation; communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.
