Job summary

Access Services is seeking a compassionate, dependable part-time Enhanced Direct Support Professional to support one resident with trauma-informed care and approved ISP plans. Shifts are typically late afternoon to early evening (4:00–8:00 PM) with some variation, and candidacy includes background checks and training eligibility.

• Experience with documentation and ISP plans is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality personal care and supports.
• Recognize signs of emotional distress and use de-escalation techniques.
• Demonstrate patience and empathy during mental health challenges.
• Maintain documentation and notes in electronic health records.
• Encourage and facilitate outside activities and community engagement for residents.
• Perform household and housekeeping tasks as needed.
