Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to pass Oregon background check.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible to weekend and holiday shifts.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities and meal planning.
• Provide medication support and documentation.
• Transport to groceries, appointments, and community activities.
• Support CGM care and dog care as needed.
• Assist with transfers and personal care while maintaining dignity.
• Respond to emergencies and ensure safety.
