Job summary

Ventura County Community College District is accepting applications on an on-going basis for future consideration for part-time instructors in Emergency Medical Technologies. Applications will be kept for Summer 2026, Fall 2026, and Spring 2027 semesters across Oxnard, Moorpark, and Ventura colleges.

Under the dean's direction, instructors may be employed up to 67% of a full-time assignment as Non-Contract/Temporary staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications for the discipline as approved by CCC Board of Governors.

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom instruction to students in lecture, lab, or distance settings.
• Advise students on programs of study and available resources.
• Maintain records of enrollment, progress, and outcomes; submit data timely.
• Update course content to reflect new developments in the discipline.

Education

Bachelor's degree or higher

Associate's degree
