Job summary

DispatchHealth seeks a dynamic individual to join its field operations team in New Jersey. The role supports day-to-day operations across one to two office locations, overseeing a small fleet (8+ cars) and coordinating lab, supply chain, and depot activities to ensure high-quality patient care delivered efficiently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• EMT or CCMA/RMA certificate required.
• BLS required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Degree from an accredited college or university preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive DispatchHealth branded vehicle to patient locations as needed.
• Hold primary daily operational accountability for assigned markets and vehicles.
• Provide on-call support to the regional operations team.
• Collaborate with Central Services Lab and oversee lab operations and certifications.
• Oversee and maintain market fleet, scheduling maintenance and repairs.
• Manage clinical office supplies inventory and Pegasus tracking system.
