You will work on personalized plans, help prepare resumes and applications, and build relationships with local employers to secure inclusive, integrated employment for participants.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Experience in employment services or workforce development is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work independently in the community.

Responsabilités

• Provide person-centered employment services tailored to individual goals.
• Assist with job readiness: resumes, applications, interview prep, and on-the-job training.
• Develop individualized employment plans using a strengths-based approach.
• Conduct job searches and outreach with local employers.
• Match participants with competitive, integrated employment opportunities.
• Provide job coaching and follow-along support to promote retention.
