Qualifications

• DVM or equivalent degree required.
• Live and breathe emergency medicine, including surgery and endoscopy.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer medical questions over the phone and see patients promptly.
• Gather signalment, presenting complaint, vitals, and exam findings.
• Perform examinations, imaging, lab tests, and biopsies as needed.
• Create diagnostic and therapeutic plans and discuss options with clients.
• Prepare estimates and present to clients.
• Perform minor and major emergency surgeries and endoscopic procedures.
