Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve nutritious meals in accordance with USDA and Iowa school nutrition guidelines.
• Assist with daily kitchen setup, food preparation, and serving.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment, surfaces, and serving areas.
• Follow all food safety and handling protocols.
• Assist with inventory, receiving deliveries, and storage as needed.
• Work collaboratively with the nutrition director and kitchen staff.
• Other duties as assigned by the nutrition director or building administration.
