POSITION OVERVIEW

East Marshall CSD is seeking a reliable and team-oriented Cook for the elementary nutrition program at Laurel Elementary for the 2026–27 school year. Compensation is commensurate with experience.

REQUIRED CREDENTIALS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a background check as required by Iowa law
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in a school nutrition or commercial food service setting — preferred, not required
• Familiarity with food safety standards and sanitation practices
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Positive, team-oriented attitude

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
