Spectrum Control is seeking a detail-oriented part-time assembler to join our manufacturing team and help build precision components. This role supports electronic and electromechanical products in a fast-paced environment on-site in Delaware.

You will follow procedures and drawings, use basic measurement tools, and contribute to quality workmanship while meeting production timelines and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and follow assembly procedures, mechanical drawings, part lists, and work instructions.
• Use basic electronic measurement devices, manufacturing tools, assembly fixtures, and hand tools.
• Assemble and test basic products to meet specifications and strict quality standards.
• Work with small, delicate components using tools and fixtures designed to prevent damage and ensure repeatability.
• Follow established budgets and production timelines to complete assigned work on schedule.
• Maintain an organized, safe work area and support team-based continuous improvement efforts.
