• Interact with Branch Managers to resolve errors in teller transactions.
• Process remote deposit capture/mobile deposits and resolve errors with customers.
• Handle cash and proofs from branches as needed.
• Process and balance lockbox payments daily by deadline.
• Provide end-of-day reports and balance checks to the computer room.
