Responsibilities

• Administers the VA state-approved EL eligibility assessment, including online assessments.
• Maintains accurate, confidential student records and enters assessment data into required databases and reporting systems.
• Communicates assessment results and recommendations clearly.
• Ensures testing materials, equipment, and supplies are prepared and stored properly.
• Assists with maintaining Welcome Center screening room supplies and resources.
• Keeps up with Welcome Center and EL Department policies and completes required trainings.
