Qualifications

• 1+ year experience with children preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• 18+ years of age and HS diploma/GED required.
• FA/CPR and Mandated Reporter training per California requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities and curriculum aligned with program goals.
• Facilitate structured daily fitness, activities, and engaging learning experiences for children.
• Maintain a safe, nurturing environment and model positive behavior.
• Monitor safety, document attendance and incidents as required.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.
