Job summary

You will move throughout the floor supporting store operations, presenting products, and upholding safety and policy standards while embodying lululemon's values of inclusion, integrity, and enthusiasm.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of the store
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have proof of Right to Work and comply with local requirements
• Must be able to travel to assigned store with own transportation

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience while valuing guests’ time.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide tailored purchase and return solutions and support.
• Provide technical product education by articulating value and benefits of the product.
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests and attend to store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and partner with leadership to make improvements.
