Job summary

Right At School in Missouri is seeking an Educator to support before and after school programs at Pattonville Early Childhood Center.

SCHEDULE: Monday–Friday split shifts, 7:00–8:10 AM and 3:00–5:30 PM. PAY: $16–$19/hour, depending on education and experience. MO requirements apply.

Ideal candidates will deliver safe, engaging activities, foster a love of learning, and collaborate with families, staff and school personnel.

• Flexibility to support additional local programs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Daily Program Meetings: review goals, updates, and progress; encourage collaboration and accountability.
• Organize and Facilitate Daily Activities: plan curriculum and lead age-appropriate activities and fitness.
• Leading by Example: maintain a safe, nurturing environment with positive guidance.
• Prioritize Safety and Joy: monitor environment, address hazards, document attendance and incidents.
• Communication: interact with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.
