Position

Educator: $16-19/hour (dependent on education and experience)

Locations: Addison School District – candidates should be open to working at any of the schools we partner with in the district. Placement is based on business need and cannot guarantee placement at a preferred school.

Hours: Monday – Friday, 6:45‑8:30 am and 3:00‑6:00 pm (hours may vary per individual school).

Start date: Mid‑July for required online trainings, with in‑person training in early August. Full schedule begins at the start of the district’s school year.

Responsibilities

• Organize program materials for lessons and activities, and document attendance, incidents and other observations.
• Deliver our dynamic daily curriculum to engage children in academic and social character‑building that expands school‑day learning in a meaningful way.
• Model positive guidance and effective classroom management to maintain the safety, well‑being and attention of all children while supporting homework completion, leading fun fitness activities and guiding children at play.
• Communicate effectively with varied audiences including children, parents, staff and school personnel.
• Meet regularly with the Program Manager regarding professional progress and team accountability.
