Lincoln Tech is seeking a part-time Education Supervisor to ensure operations comply with government, accreditation, and company policies in its education delivery to students and faculty. The role includes managing the Education Department to optimize student retention and educational quality, with duties spanning orientation, instruction, observation, and curriculum oversight.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in education management.
• Ability to read and interpret federal, state, and local regulations.
• Produce routine reports and correspondence.
• Communicate effectively with employees and managers of the organization.
• Ability to interpret key statistics related to student retention.
• Functional knowledge of MS Office Suite and email.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for faculty orientation, professional development, evaluation, and management.
• Ensure that all instructors are present, and that adequate provisions are made for classes affected by faculty absences.
• Teach classes as needed.
• Conduct classroom observations and surveys. Review the results with faculty, students, the Director of Education, and staff as appropriate.
• Manage student progress from orientation to graduation. Ensure satisfactory academic progress as it relates to student progression, student attendance, student grades, and graduation rates.
• Manage curriculum implementation and ensure compliance to standards. Contribute to the curriculum review process. Where appropriate, communicate all changes to curriculum, books, and supplies.
