Qualifications

• Associate degree.
• Familiarity with NCCER preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• 2+ years of teaching experience, preferred.
• 1+ year of management experience, preferred.
• Knowledge of the trades industry, especially electrical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff, monitor work processes, and conduct classroom observations.
• Recruit, select, orient, and train faculty.
• Develop staff professional and personal growth opportunities.
• Manage faculty schedules and monitor absenteeism.
• Provide excellent student service to achieve student satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain inventory of equipment, supplies, training aids, and course materials for the program.
