Job summary

• Associate degree or equivalent education management experience.
• Ability to read and interpret documents including federal, state, and local regulations.
• Produce routine reports and correspondence.
• Communicate effectively with employees and managers of the organization.
• Ability to interpret key statistics related to student retention.
• Functional knowledge of MS Office Suite and email.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for faculty orientation, professional development, evaluation, and management.
• Ensure that all instructors are present, and that adequate provisions are made for classes affected by faculty absences.
• Teach classes as needed.
• Conduct classroom observations and surveys. Review the results with faculty, students, the Director of Education, and staff as appropriate.
• Manage student progress from orientation to graduation. Ensure satisfactory academic progress as it relates to student progression, student attendance, student grades, and graduation rates.
• Manage curriculum implementation and ensure compliance to standards. Contribute to the curriculum review process. Where appropriate, communicate all changes to curriculum, books, and supplies.
