Job summary

The Boys & Girls Clubs of the Twin Cities (BGCTC) is seeking Education Specialists to support a new site partnership with Richfield Schools at Richfield STEM Elementary during the school year. This is a seasonal, part-time role starting in October 2026, working under 30 hours per week in the late afternoon and early evenings.

You will drive academic outcomes by delivering literacy and STEAM activities, track attendance, and collaborate with Youth Development Professionals to meet Club goals

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Arts in youth development, education, sociology, or related field with 2+ years in youth programs.
  • Knowledge of development and administration of youth programs, staff supervision, event coordination and partnerships.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate a company-owned vehicle.
  • Preferred Boys & Girls Clubs experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support for a small class of elementary age youth.
  • Deliver literacy and STEAM programming with SEL practices.
  • Roster participants, track attendance and assess progress.
  • Collaborate with Youth Development Professionals to meet Club goals.
  • Drive academic outcomes and ensure on-track schooling.
