Greenville Post Acute is seeking a part-time Laundry Aide for the early morning shift (2:00 AM - 9:30 AM) in Easley, SC. You will ensure residents' clothing and linens are cleaned, sorted, and delivered, supporting hygiene, comfort, and dignity for residents.

The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to lift and stand for extended periods. Prior laundry or housekeeping experience is preferred, with growth opportunities within our facility network.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous laundry or housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and stay organized.
• Reliable and punctual for early morning shifts.
• Ability to lift, carry, and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Wash, dry, fold, and distribute resident clothing and facility linens
• Sort laundry according to type, color, and care instructions
• Operate and maintain laundry equipment safely and efficiently
• Ensure proper handling of soiled linens in accordance with infection control guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized laundry area
• Deliver clean laundry to appropriate locations in a timely manner
• Monitor laundry supplies and report needs to supervisor
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures
