Powdersville Post Acute, a 60-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Easley, SC, is seeking a dependable Laundry Aide to ensure clean linens and clothing for residents. This role supports a hygienic, safe environment and requires meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of laundry or housekeeping experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect, sort, wash, dry, and fold resident clothing and facility linens.
• Deliver clean laundry promptly to resident rooms.
• Label new resident clothing as needed.
• Maintain linen quality and remove damaged or stained items.
• Follow infection control and sanitation procedures.
• Maintain inventory of laundry supplies.
• Operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently.
• Report equipment issues or maintenance needs promptly.
