Job summary

Easterseals Northern California is seeking an Early Interventionist to provide developmental services to children aged 0 to 3 (0-5 in Lakeport) and to collaborate with families and regional center teams. You will set and monitor child goals, evaluate progress, and ensure services meet funding, regulatory, and documentation standards while delivering inclusive, family-centered care.

This part-time role requires Associate's degree and at least two years of relevant experience; bilingual

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required in child development, special education, early childhood special education, social work, or related field; or AA Degree + 12 units of ECE.
• At least 2 years of professional experience working with children; prior experience with infants and toddlers is desirable.
• Experience with diverse populations; bilingual abilities are highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide early intervention services in an inclusive, innovative manner supporting families and clients.
• Set and monitor client goals and evaluate developmental progress.
• Meet or exceed EI billed hours and productivity targets.
• Adhere to clinical practice and documentation standards.
• Collaborate with FoC shared services and follow organizational protocols.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and funder requirements.
