Job summary

The Easterseals Northern California Early Intervention program seeks a dedicated professional to support children with developmental delays and their families. You will deliver EI services, monitor progress, and help families navigate the program through home visits and community settings.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, have 2+ years of relevant experience, and are comfortable working with diverse backgrounds.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in child development, special education, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience with children with developmental delay.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Cantonese highly desired.

Responsibilities

  • Provide effective EI services that support families and clients.
  • Set and monitor client goals and evaluate progress.
  • Meet or exceed EI billed hours and productivity targets.
  • Adhere to clinical practice and documentation standards.
  • Collaborate with FoC shared services to ensure service delivery.
  • Adhere to FoC network structure and organizational protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and funder requirements.
  • Follow the Easterseals EI operating system.
  • Complete additional duties as assigned.
