Job summary

Easterseals Northern California is seeking an Early Interventionist to provide developmental intervention for children ages 0-3 (0-5 in Lakeport). You will partner with families and regional center teams to monitor progress and maximize learning potential.

This full-time role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 2 years of experience with developmental delays. Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Cantonese is highly desired.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in child development, special education, early childhood special education, social work or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience with children with developmental delays.
• Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Cantonese speaking highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective early intervention services in an inclusive and innovative manner.
• Set and monitor client goals and evaluate developmental progress.
• Meet or exceed EI hours and productivity targets.
• Adhere to clinical practice and documentation standards.
• Collaborate with FoC shared services to ensure delivery of services.
• Maintain compliance with policies and regulations.
