Job summary

Easterseals Northern California is seeking an Early Interventionist to provide developmental intervention to children aged 0–3 (0–5 in Lakeport). You will work with families, caregivers, and regional centers, setting goals and monitoring progress to maximize learning potential.

Responsibilities include delivering EI services, meeting productivity targets, ensuring HIPAA compliance, and coordinating with shared services to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in one of: child development, special education, early childhood special education, social work or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience with children with developmental delays.
• Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Cantonese is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide early intervention services to children 0–3 (0–5 in Lakeport).
• Set and monitor client goals and progress.
• Meet or exceed billed hours and productivity targets.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Ensure compliance with policies and funder requirements.
