Northwest Tri-County IU5 invites applications for an Early Intervention Teacher's Aide (Part-Time) at the Warren County Center Based Classroom. The role supports instructional staff and may require up to 29.5 hours per week on a Tue-Fri schedule.

The position offers two pay scales, Aide I and Aide II, with hourly rates of $21.50 and $21.66, and requires a high school diploma or GED, plus relevant clearances and training.

Qualifications

• Language skills include reading, writing and presenting to students.
• Math skills include basic arithmetic for daily classroom tasks.
• Ability to apply simple reasoning to written or verbal instructions.
• Maintain safety, sanitation and privacy of students during instructional activities.
• Ability to obtain/maintain first aid, CPR and HWC or CPI training.
• Maintain confidentiality of student information and relevant records.

Responsibilities

• Assist staff with instructional delivery and student care.
• Perform clerical, record keeping and instructional support duties.
• Carry out activities prescribed and supervised by licensed staff.
• Perform additional duties as assigned and approved.
