You will communicate with families about daily milestones and help maintain a safe, caring learning environment.

The role emphasizes growth opportunities, including pursuing a CDA or college degree at no cost, and a collaborative culture that values each child’s development and family partnership.

Formación

• 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of experience in child care, daycare, or preschool preferred.
• CDA, Associate, or bachelor's degree in early education or related field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with hands-on activities to meet the needs and interests of the children.
• Maintain open communication with parents, sharing daily milestones.
• Ensure a safe and clean classroom by following procedures and guidelines.
• Fulfill mandated reporter requirements and report concerns to the director.
• Provide support across classrooms or age groups as needed.
