Part-time positions are available; candidates must pass background checks and meet state requirements. A CDA, Associate, or Bachelor’s in early education is preferred, with Bright Horizons offering a no-cost degree program.

Formación

• 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of experience in child care, daycare, or preschool settings preferred.
• CDA, Associate, or Bachelor’s degree in early education or related field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with hands-on activities to meet children's needs and interests.
• Maintain open communication with parents about daily milestones.
• Ensure a safe and clean classroom by following procedures and guidelines.
• Fulfill mandated reporter requirements per state agency, including reporting suspected abuse or neglect.
• Provide support in any classroom or age group across the center.
