As a franchise system operating nationwide, our Twin Cities MN franchise has recently expanded to Tacoma WA, and we are eager to create opportunities, grow quickly, and make a difference in Tacoma!

Position Details

We are hiring energetic, ambitious coaches passionate about youth development. Join us to make a lasting, positive impact on children’s lives through the game of soccer, fostering character, motor skills, and teamwork.

Compensation and Schedule

• $25 per hour (training rate: $17)
• Availability: Tier 1 - 10-19 sessions/week; Tier 2 - 20-34 sessions/week
• Mileage reimbursement up to $75/month
• Health insurance contribution up to $75/month
• 5 days PTO accrual

Requirements

• Experience and passion for positively impacting young children
• At least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Availability during weekdays 8:00am - 5:00pm
• Pass a Child Abuse History Clearance and Background Check

Work Details

• Year-round sessions at childcare centers, recreation centers, parks, soccer clubs, and schools
• Hours: Monday-Friday 8AM-7PM, Saturday 8AM-1PM
